Debra is a second generation Colorado native growing up on the Eastern Plains. She came to Boulder in 1978 to attend the business school at CU earning a degree in business management. Boulder quickly became home and Debra has enjoyed living here with her husband of twenty-eight years and raising her two sons. Volunteering in the Boulder Valley School system was a top priority for many memorable years.
Debra has been in the real estate industry in the Boulder area since 1982. She began her career as office support learning the business from top area agents and patterned herself from watching successful people. Real estate is a great fit for Debra’s talents; she is detailed oriented which helps ensure a smooth transaction and she truly loves working with people. She prides herself on her enthusiasm, work ethic and sincerity.
What is your personal priority?
My personal priority is to be a contributing member of our society. This is a philosophy that begins in our home and branches out into the community and society.

Professionally I provide the very best customer service that I can at all times, always keeping the needs and goals of my clients above everything else.
What do you like to do for fun?
I love music and dancing. My husband and our friends enjoy the many outdoor musical festivals in Colorado including the fantastic Planet Blue Grass events in Telluride and Lyons. The summer concerts at Chautauqua and Red Rocks are also wonderful experiences!

What I really like about my career…
There are many things I appreciate about being a Realtor. This business is constantly changing and evolving with technology and other advancements. I enjoy that there is always something new to learn and that our industry values continuing education.
I love to go to the ocean – the sound of crashing waves is magical and relaxing.
